thats probably piotrek he is an arsehole at the best of times he is head mechanic and deals with all the second hand stuff his awnser to everything is no we dont have even when its sat on the shelf because he cant be arsed to go and get it or he sends me to go and get it as i work with him he spends most of the day on the phone and then bollocked by the foreman for not doing enough work so no wonder really thats why im working with him to take the load off his headHi C2J,

No, i got serious problems with customer service. Poor knowledge about stuff, bad information about prices, strange discount politics, and finally very, very bad quality of delivered parts. 4example i bought genuine tailgate seal. It comes without fabric boxing, label ect. Dirty, some crumbs on adhesive surfaces...
But now they are history. Too bad because we cooperate from 2008 when i bought my car.

well the ****ty customer service sounds like the pair of wokajs they dont know a diff from an axle or what goes in it and they the numptys on the phones to customers and the parts sounds like either us in the workshop as the parts boys regularly give us the wrong stuff we open it up go to fit it and buggar or the parts boys they are disorganised at the best of times i would say try again but if you can get parts for the same money where you are then stick there once you find a good supplier thats it i know what you mean
