Just a quick hello, my missus (GruntyGiggles) joined this forum a short while back.

Just thought I'd do the same. Got a 98 Disco 300TDi and four dogs to go in it. The idea is that it's a decent size for all the dogs with the seats folded forward, and will be a good camping vehicle.

It's going to be used for the work trips, any trips with the dogs, off roading hopefully with you guys and camping weekendsa away. I have a few ideas of roof tents for ease of use and timing issues and of modifing the rear door card so I can put a shelf for the gas cooker in there and some shelves maybe across the top where the alpine windows are for bags and stuff but time, money and effort will dictate what happens

I think id go roof tent,that thing must wiff.

Nah, it's alright, I've made it dog resistant (not proof). Lined the boot from under the seat hinge to the rear door and the back and undersides of the rear seats with rubber matting. It's great, no dog smell

Hello Mate, Look fwd to catching up with you at some point. My ser three is off the road with an engine timing problem but should be sorted soon. I am a member of the North Someret Landrover Club. Hi Happy Jack, Stretchie seems to have failed to respond, so thought I would as I am his obviously better half. We are already members of NSLRC. Joined a few months back and were at the annual meeting last month. I was a member back in 2004/5, so still know a few faces. We hope to start making it to meets after Christmas when we can get the tyres sorted and a few modifications.
