Just joined as I am picking my Range Rover P3 4.6 HSE which will no doubt be fooked when i get it home so i felt joining the forum would be a good Idea so i can get all you easy fookers to help me out. I have no knowledge of electrics or mechanics so I will be of no use to anyone else.

Thanks for all the welocmes people, got my Vreg P38 now drove back from Surrey to Edinburgh over all an amazing drive but as you say it will test me on the electrical side as I have got a few things to look at but here goes......lol
1. Electric Mirrors Not working.
2. Cruise Control not working.

Easy...lol ok then help me out I may be of some use to you in the future, na im sure i will fix them just thought if anyone knew an obvious thing to check or knew what might be wrong it would save me pulling things apart.

ok your cruise i would look at brake switch, then your mirrors you will have to take the glass out, and that is not easy without busting it, you may find the plastic clips are bust..

Just renewed all the hoses for the Cruise so will test tomorrow as the bit that went onto the brake switch had a very bad kink in it.
The mirrors, I took glass out and everything is ok behind there, when you press the switch to change the mirror you can hear a relay clicking in the door, but like there is no power to move the mirror?

take the mirror off and look at the plug, tis only a few bolts..
