Hi, Ive just picked up my new 02 plate freelander, its a great car, ill get round to taking some pics soon.

I have noticed it has a very heavy clutch, is this normal or just down to the age of the car? Can it be rectified? or is it something I have to learn to live with?

usually means there is a bent bracket holding the slave cylinder caused by clutch actuating arm seizing where it pivots in bellhousing.
