My heater still don't sodding work, i noticed today that there is significantly more air flow out of the dash vents when the temperature setting is on cold than ther is on hot.

Is this a normal state of affairs?

I am thinking that something is blocked of a flap ain't opening and thats why I never get any hot air through.

Yes the air the the face vents bypass the heater matrix so will blow more air. Are the windscreen vents blowing? If they are but the floor vents don't then it's the distribution drum at the bottom of the assembly not turning with the control. Mine is currently like that

Heater box is a string and balsa wood affair - mine just about puts air on screen. They had better demisting in the stone age.

Mine is great since I sorted out the EWP, my face starts to melt after a few minutes!

If the heater assembly is functioning correctly it is very good. The heater on my ZS is'nt
