hi . i have a 51 plate disco auto. not using the heater though the summer now turned a bit cold i am finding the heater only blows through luke warm,even on a long run with the temp gauge up to its normal spot of half way. have tried turning heat controls up and down in case they are sticking still only blows luke warm . any one any ideas .many thanks.

Hopefully its just an airlock. Have you been losing coolant? You might just need to bleed the system.

Might be different on a disco but on my old Nissan had the cable that connects the heater knob to the valve on the matrix break.

They are, they have an air blending system just like the 300 tdi series the matrix is hot all the time if the engine is running.
