So, I've been driving around tonight, with my headlights on, as you do at night (I own a 300tdi disco) and I've had many assholes put their full beams on, assuming I have mine on! Wtf!

A few times I put mine on, just to prove a point, but as you can probably understand, I'm not going to drive around with none on.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm assuming due to the height of my car, my headlights are at the height of corsas and other ****ty little cars windscreens.

Anyone else driving a 4x4 don't flash me.

Argh, sorry, little bit of a rant.
 
They're not particularly high? And unlike my old car, I can't seem to find an adjuster for it?

There another way? Is it the case of doing it manually?

Or just call in your local friendly garage, and tell them there's a pint in it for them to check your headlight alignment;););););)
 
a couple of screws, one at bottom and one at side. park up next to a wall tonight and look at where they're aimed. they need to be going down and left
 
Unless you're from Evesham where standard headlight alignment is passenger dip beam aimed into the bottom of the nearside ditch and the driver's (optional) dip beam is aimed into the eyes of the oncoming traffic.
 
So i took a look at my headlights, where are these screws supposed to be? Theres like bolts behind them, when i open the bonnet, but nothing on the front?

And Why is that restricted to Evesham? Am i being a dumbass and missing something here? lol
 
Take it to a garage, there is no way for you to correctly align the lights yourself, you need a beam setter to do it

park 6 ft away from a wall or better still a white garage door, headlight adjustment is easy to get close but as said a garage can get spot on, you should be able to at least check for probs using method ive described
