Hi i'm a new member to this forum, and am stuck. I own a 1993/4 L reg Discovery 200tdi. My headlamps are naff, and i don't like them. I want to swap them for the bigger headlights, from a 300 . I already have teh headlamps, indicators, but i cant get them to fit. I was told they were easy to change, by another discovery owner. What do i do, what do i need, and cheaply. Do i need to change the slam panel, and wings, or is there an easier way to do it. Many thanx.. RICHARD..

You need to cut the panel and use the 300 adjusters

Make a template of the 300 panel using card, then just mark it out and cut away.

Or get an old 300tdi and cut the full headlamp panel off. & do the same with ya 200tdi headlamp panel and weld the 300 panel in place. It just so happens the I've got an old 300 tdi disco That is been broken and the headlamp panels are just waiting for a new home
