yes, again the head gasket! i know the 200tdi's are tough F*ckers but what are the chances of the head being warped or damaged from the head gasket going?

High.......get it tested and skimmed if needed

Mine went big style a few weeks ago to the point where it was pressurising the engine and oil was spraying out the dipstick and cam breather and filling the cab with smoke, my mechanic said they often go unless you put the uprated gasket on but very rarely damage the head, mine was fine, new gasket and a clean up and pulls like f**k again

measure the face with straight edge and feeler guages ,if very bent 10 thou or morec replace it if under you may get away with skimming it ,if straight fit back on unless fire ring marks were gasket sits
