In addition to the other HD thread I thought id post up some pics of my cross member from Clive. I have just had it back from being galvanised.

Only £60 to have it all Galvanised and the extention pieces. I figured id spend nearly that on paint and time so good now for life.

Obviously will need to be ground back in weld areas but I will just paint those up as I would have done anyway.

No worries. Looking forward to getting it fitted.

Ive also got some galvanised end/corner cappings for the rear body.
