Did you get the new blend motors calibrated after you had them fitted?? Were they a new or used set ??
Diagnostics can also "Force" the individual motors throughout the range of travel to check the function.
Did you splice the cables on the motors into the old loom from the HEVAC or fit the motor loom complete ? If you spliced the cables, you could have a bad connection somewhere, maybe at the splice or the HEVAC socket. Last area could be a faulty HEVAC.

There is the possibility that the l.h. blend motor is faulty. What were the problems with the original motors ? Can you check that the motor is located correctly in the blend flap and the blend flap has not stuck, it should be free to move with the motor removed. As you know, the l.h. motor is the easiest to access.
The calibration and "Forcing" is done with Faultmate/Autologic or Test Book using the Valeo HEVAC software.

Swap the motor with one of the old ones which you know was working. Cut the cable and join the wires temporarily to see if it works (After checking to see if the flap is free). If it works o.k., make a permanent splice by soldering and using heat shrink tubing.
All three motors are universal and can be used on any flap.
If this doesn't make any difference, the problem probably lies in the HEVAC unit itself.
