Are the hardon kermit speakers any good? Is it worth upgrading by retro fitting some used ones off the bay of E or from the scrappers? Or do I just buy aftermarket speakers to upgrade? Discuss

They don't come up on the bay very often. I used some after market replacements!!

I think my HK system sounds pretty naff to be honest, though I suppose it could be the Becker head unit, think I'll replace at some point.

If I remember correctly the HK speakers are a strange impedance so need to be used with the HK amp which then brings its own poblems as they are a strange set up as well!! Best to go for aftermarket I reckon, do a search, been covered many times before with pics and speaker model numbers etc
