i went back to bed today just up again its stressing me out too much put fresh battery in it this morning now it wont accept the eka code i have here for it i have already put it in 3 times without fault was at it an hour earlier wont take it so i given up

you know the other times you entered the code? did it say engine disabled before you entered the code? previous to today that is

yes said engine disabled and wouldint start and its doing the same now no diffrence just doesint seem to work now

i know its a pain and frustrating but bare with it, and me!!!

have you tried taking battery off again? and then putting back on, just removing the earth wire then leave for half hour?

also full turns hard to each side, but not so hard as to snap the key!!!

i agree, take a break from it and start again feeling fresh... you havent wasted £700 all will seem worthwhile soon enough

RIGHT ITS EVEN WORSE NOW went out and disconnected battery again as advised by gav left it, reconnected it put code in and as soon as i opened the door alarm goes off cant shut it down i have to disconnect the battery tried 3 times and same says key lockout wont take the code and i think the neighbours have had enough as its really loud!!!!!

usually when youve tried to enter code incorrectly or wrong code more than 5 times

right that was battery off for an hour connect back same thing alrm goes off wont take the code or anything there seems to be no way round this!!!!
looks like thats it
