Hi all I’ve just replaced my clutch and gearbox all went well. Although when it came to put my handbrake back together the cable was was already really taught and I had to use a set of grips to pull it through and attach to the brake lever. Only to find out that when I tried to set off the car was stuck with the handbrake on? Even though the lever wasn’t on?

pull on the lever hardish to settle the cable etc, if its still tight adjust the cable

James Martin is here in to save the day again adjust it dum brake side or the adjuster just behind the lever?
