Finally went and bought myself a range rover! Leant it to a mate who said it felt a bit bouncy, went out and found the back end on the floor! I'm a mechanic but never got involved in air suspension before, found a split pipe and fixed it but the rear end still won't inflate, front end is fine, all four lights on and eas fault but no speed warning, tried bridging the relay, compressor runs but still nothing at the rear. Getting ear ache off the wife for buying it. Any ideas?

Simple, get the diagnostics from Datatek on here (£20 odd) load up and reset the fault...the system won't reinflate wwhile in fault!

Thanks guys, I was reading that if you didn't have a speed warning it should reset when you turn it off. Starting to think the mrs was right which seemed hard to believe! It's got a few issues which I'll probably be asking about, I've got a mate who works for a parts supplier so can get parts at staff prices. If you need anything let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Go to the "how to" section and check out Wammers EAS guide. Get the lead etc from Datatec, you may find it just needs the fault clearing. You are on a slippery slope if you admit the Mrs is right, grow a backbone and bluff it out like the rest of us. :D:D

If a pipe has failed, look for a blow in the exhaust, it's almost the only reason for a pipe failure.
