Thanks all, the Landy has now landed. We've managed to have a couple of drives out already in the few days, really loving it. Pics will follow at the weekend. Had an interesting bout of the Defender equivalent of "tank slapping" :crazy_driver: as my good lady got used to the excellent handling characteristics!

That's good, Hairy! Still looking forward to the pics. :)

Handling is a bit agricultural, but if its very bad might be worth a look at panhard rod fixings, or even swivels, it shouldnt be alarming.

Thanks for the info Turboman, I hope/think it was probably just acclimatisation. It certainly feels how I expected. Although I will look into the possible culprits.

Off taking my littlest for a bike ride, so took a quick couple of pics. I'll hopefully be shifting my old Saab soon so will be able to get the landy on the drive for easier fiddling.
