I drove a vehicle yesterday with a head up display interesting to say the least. I was wondering if anyone uses a head up display in there disco?. What do you think of them?. Is it safer?.

I found the peugeot 3008 hud to be distracting much prefer the standard speedo dials on the dash

+1 and useless as far as I have seen in bright sunlight.

ther wsas a Jag i think with a cool infrared H.U.D. which was far more useful rather than just speed and rpm etc it projected the IR image of the road ahead meaning you had prctically good night vision. which would be great on green lanes/offroad if caught out in the dark etc as will pick up things lights cant.
