As far as I can ascertain it is a case of removing ( altho, some say you can get away with just retracting it) the T box and replacing the O ring seals on the intermediate shaft "hoping" the shaft has not ovalled the frame.
As regards cost, I have no idea , something I was planning to do myself at some point.

Leak is likely to be o rings as post above or gearbox output shaft seal/transfer box input seal (two seals the same, one fitted in gearbox, one in transfer box, both operating on sleeve on gearbox output shaft).
After removing transfer box a few times to change output shaft seals and sleeve I let local independent change o rings at a cost of about £200 a few years ago.

The leak could be coming from anywhere, and if it is not instantly identifiable, think of a telephone number for it to be fixed ... without guarantee!
