Front prop on my deffer 90 200tdi was totally nacked by excessive under greasing of the UJs.

got hold of a couple of replacement props and one is a couple of inches (maybe less) longer than the other. I don't know which is front/rear.

The original props had the longer one fitted to the rear. But I'm asking cos it's lifted 2 inches yet I had to jack the back up on the rear X member in order to release the prop.

the cv joints on a front prop are not in line it is 30 deg out of trou cant change cos there is a master spline

i have used a disco front prop on the rear of my 90 without any problems

CV joints??? Do you mean UJ's?
