When I go uphill check engine starts blinking and Loses power until accelerate hard.

check codes on started engine or just ignition on?

Ignition on is enough then erase them all go for a ride untill the symptom occurs then read again as to not let hystorical codes to misslead you

then you have your answer... though the knock sensor fault can be triggered by bad fuel too
