I took my glow plugs out today because of it strugling to start and when i took them out number 2 and 3 was covered in oil is there a problem or is that normal.

What model/engine?

Had you been trying to start it for a while, and it would not go before you removed the plugs?????

the engine is a 200tdi and i had about 4 or 5 times trying it then it started and drove home for about 5 mins then i took them out about 20mins after getting home.

Immediate suggestion is that they are the two not working as they are not burning off any oil vapour that there maybe.

You could test them with some wire and your battery, but take care as they may get hot
