Hello,

Can anybody help?

I changed the plugs on my p38 beacause of starting problems.

Job well done ......Starts up first time.

Now have a warning light on my dashboard that won't go out.
It's the one that looks like a an arrow pointing to a horse shoe, if that makes any sense.

When i took the car for a test drive the light stayed on and there was also a lack of power.

What could this be?

Thanks for any help with this problem.

Mike.

Hello,

I don't think so.
I did not touch the injectors, i only changed glow plugs.

Why number 4?

Thanks.

Number four has a sensor in it that controls injection timing, wires to it and a plug you have either nipped a wire or disturbed the plug. Engine has gone to safe mode.
