Evening all,
I know the topic of sound proofing has been covered a million times. But my 200 tdi 90 csw came with exterior bulkhead sound proofing from factory.
I'm currently in the process of a full original spec nut and bolt resto. And everything is genuine, my defender has only ever been owned by the manager of the dealership, my dad and myself.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone knows where I can get the genuine Bulkhead Soundproofing from? It's like a foil covered foam, it's also present on the underside of the gearbox tunnel.
It all got removed when I restored the bulkhead. I will attach a picture where you can just about see it.
I've seen some stuff called silent coat, but it's not quite right. Thanks.
