could any 1 help me on what i may need to buy to sort my 1st 2nd gear from being stiff some times mostly happens when at traffic lights and lots of cars bhinde lol have to ram it in some times.

p.s its a 90 1988 lt77

Are you sure your clutch is releasing completely? An air bubble in the hydraulics or an issue with the throw (on an LT77 say a bad release arm) could prevent complete declutching and keep the transmission from shifting.

Might be worth a quick bleed of the clutch hydraulics - are you noticing a change in pedal release point, perhaps?

When did you last change your gearbox fluids? It's worth a shot to make sure you have the right stuff in and it is filled correctly.... check out Busters Guide as it's not straight forward..... could be a clutch issue? Has this problem recently started?

my clutch bite is a top of pedal jus noticed some fluid on pedal as i slipd of clucth and nealy hit back of some poor buga .... thinks its best to change gearbox slave cylinder and master cylinder then bleed it up see if that works .if not would you say to change clutch kit with fork??
..any1 no what gearbox oil i will need and how many ltrs will need to go in .cheers
