done a search but nowt comes up as reguards our problem.

r380 gearbox has decided to piddle oil over our local Tesco carpark.:eek:
managed to nurse it home and after clambering underneath. so much oil I cant find where it's come from( apart from the box of course) its atf fluid and a manual box. the oil appears to be coming from the front of the box but difficult to tell because there is so much oil everywhere. the box crossmember is dripping with the stuff. now, my question is, is it worth repairing the box or trying to find a decent second hand one. if anyone knows where there is such a box would you please let me know. many thanks

is level plug still in ,is it leaking from where bell housing joins main case ,does it work ok apart from serious leak

many thanks for the quick reply james, the leak as far as I can tell is coming from the bell housing. I e dripping out of the wading plug hole. the box works fine( apart from a rather annoying grumble from clutch area)I changed the clutch and thrust about 8 mths ago but never got rid of the grumble. it does go off when warmed up.
