The only flash codes you can get are for the diesel engine ECU, not the gearbox.

Ok we'll i can confirm its not a box fault... It's when is gets near the limiter it hits like a limp mode

They never normally get anywhere near the limiter and it's normal for the power to back off if the engine aproaches the limit, it's not a petrol.

first I will check for sticky valve , or faulty soleniod , second is the oil pump that didn,t give enough pressure , all gear oil should be on oil level and not over of under fill ,

I can simulate the fault when the engine is warm if a make it hit limiter it will go in to limp mode and hold it self about 3000 rpm
