Got a strange little noise when changing from 5,it sounds like a sneeze but only does it from 5 even if your not moving ie, just going through the gears

5th to 1st
5th to reverse
5th to ?????

It's the gizmo that stops you going from 5th to Reverse - when you move back to neutral it springs back and is quite audible when the windows are open.

Nothing to worry about.
