Personaly I would use a td5 fuel tank to save ruining the galv fitting standard tank mounts.

Isnt the gearbox x member and exhaust hangers different?

Gearbox X beam NO as they both run the R380. And exhaust maybe but doubt it.

well having built a td5 into a 300 chassis its not that hard . starting at the front the radiator supports are different the engine mounts and the fuel tank exhaust is a little different but not too bad . gearbox mounts are made different but line up the same way so there is no need to change anything there . i would say its worth the effort to use the td5 one

Be wary unless you have a genuine receipt for a new chassis you should legally have a q plate or the new id of the chassis. Be wary lots of stolen td5's have been stripped chassis galvanised and sold as NEW on ebay. Somone bought one a while ago and the police have been all over his motor i believe the out come was its been taken into police workshops to be assesed a couple of month ago because it had a s/h *NEW* chassis that had unfortunatly for him the police found corroded bolts galvanised on. Which to me seems a bit dodgy. TBH
