Hi

it's a ball bearing or small bolt to plug in to the EGR
i cleaned it out first then place a ball bearing in side the vacuum pipe,

imo it does help a little

nor me no link !,but have an idea what your on about,i`ve been thinking about oil additives,fuel additives and even them magnetic things that go round the fuel line,anyone have any good results from any items from this ilk .
 
Be carefull with fuel additives smythe,
Cos some of em tend to make a mess of yer catalitic converter(so ive bin told)
 
i aye done nothing yet,only had 48,000mile service a short will ago and i`m on 50,000 now,hippos running like a dream at the moment,so i was sort of thinking about treating her to a prezzie like slick 50 or something as a reward for not letting me down for a long time:D

now i know mines a good one, it'll be getting done next oil change
