Hi all,

got a bit of a problem after my lift pump died on me yesterday in the middle of nowhere! I have borrowed a lift pump off a friends car but i have discovered to my dissapointment a fuc*ing pin hole in he supply pipe to the lift pump so the disco is still stuck in the same place it broke down

I need to find a way to either patch up the one i have or replace the entire line which ever is easier but after searching i cant find a place that supplies the fuel line what am i doing wrong? is there a generic pipe that fits which i can buy by the meter?

I also goosed the swan neck high pressure fitting going into the lift pump on my friends disco so i need to replace that too

sorry to ask stupid questions but after a laght night in the cold trying to fix the thing my head is like jelly! i also use the car for work so need it back on the road asap!

And yes i have searched but naff all came up of any use

all sorted, flexi fuel line and jubliee clips and went to a breakers for the high pressure fitting as landrover don' do the fuel lines any more!

I have the same problem- Which bit is the high pressure fitting for ?
