i have just purchased a fuel injector harness and expected to look at it and it be obvious how it fitted.I am looking at it and it is not obvious, how do you do it?

We're all looking at this post and thinking the same It's not obvious which model you are talking about so a wee bit more info would certainly help you in your quest for information.

Must be a Td5 as that engine, I understand, is the one that has a problem with oil in the injector harnes.

Other than that I can't help but say if a Td5 then trace the original harnes to the multi-pin connector.

correct, it is a 2001 discovery td5.

a very handy site, it was spot on. job done, it seems to be running well for now.

That did't take long three hours between posts, it's shame Urban Panzer can't do a site like that or add too, for the petrol Discoverys.
