help

my 92k 200tdi 110 fuel gauge reads nothing but fuel light on the dash is constantly on! i put 30 squid of diesel in and still no change.:doh:
any help would be great

what have you checked? sounds like the float arm is stuck or knackered.

or its electrical... either way, its time to get your hands dirty.

well i'll be honest.... i'm totally green and have not tried owt yet
i can see where the fuel sender is but as i've put 30 squid in it i'll have to wait till i've used it (watch i'll run out on the A1) do you recomend perhaps a hammer blow or two?

Have a look at the wires on yer sender to see if they're crudded up or on the right way round. Failin' that, see above
