OK so decided to do a small service on my W reg P38 4.0 ltr this afternoon and the gods are not with me. As always it would seem i am at the point of cross over models as i was offered 2 types of filter which i took. Oil, plugs and air filter done with no problems and so on to the fuel filter. One small problem of where the hell is it. I have spent half the afternoon looking underneath the car in every nook and cranny. It has to have one and must be on the driverside by the tank but forgive my ignorance i just cannot see it. Could one of you please give this old man with tired eyes a clue please.

I know its there and i can see the comments already but ?????

Well that would explain me not finding one then, and there i was thinking i had wasted at least an hour of my life looking for somthing i dont have. !!!!
Why would RR not fit a fuel filter on a vech deisigned to travel around the world in all conditions and with all sorts of dodgy fuel.??

Aye, no fuel filter on the later p38.

Really pickles your brain when the service kits for the later models come with a fuel filter too.

The service kit I bought from island contained a fuel filter I didn't need and an air filter that didn't fit all I used were the plugs and oil filter
