How do I adjust the steering so that it doesn't touch everytime I turn left?

Hi, Look at the rear of the wheel and you'll see a bolt with a very long "head". Turn the wheel and you'll see it touch. You just need to unscrew it to give you the clearance. I had to do it when I replaced my tyres with G Grabbers AT's. They seem wider on the tyre wall.

On my car they are on the front of the hub rather than the rear. I've unwound the one on the RHS by 2 turns; just need to take it out and try in now. Thanks for the help too.
