I know I could just try and get some decent disco seats or get some RRC seats, but has anyone else ever fitted anything else to the front of a disco 1?

I fancy something nice, comfy and leather.

saab seats or even freelander ES seats, they were really comfy imo.

i know there will be some modding but anything must be easier than what i had to do to get bucket seats in a vitara

Im very tempted to put my spare set of BMW 3 series seats in, they look fairly similar on the seat base. I will let you know how it goes!

I have Rover 400 GTi (i think) seats in mine. Not brilliant but loads better than Disco ones and cheap on ebay

Leather seats are cold at first in the winter months unless u have the heating elements in them

im tempted by set of Civic Type R seats for my disco which I know Mr Noisy can appreciate. But the danger is if I found a set of type R seats they would end up in my Accord Tourer instead.

I really like them, I'm just not sure about the "lump" in the seat where your wedding vegetables would sit.

It's one of those where you'd have to try them and see if they fitted you.

I imagine if they didn't fit you they could be very uncomfortable, but on the contrary I only get a sore arse after about 3 hours in and need a little walk around to refresh.

They defo give a great feel of purpose when you're sat in though!

just bought an Alfa Giulietta veloce for the wife. very nice seats in that..... wonder if she will let me swap the seats over
