The door casings and cheeter plates (door mirror inner mounting covers ) have to be removed to gain access to speakers,(each speaker has 4 screws I think ). WARNING!! Take care when removing casing as clips tend to either break or stay in door so get a few spare ones if you can,after that it's straight forward depending on size of new speakers of course.
