hi all my 1999 1.8 freelander has developed a clanking sound coming from the drivers rear. i have looked and it looks to me as if the welded nut on the subframe mounting is being pulled out does any one know the best abd easiest way to sort this. many thanks shaun:(
 
Carefully remove the floor mats, put them to one side, then burn the rest of the vehicle.

Search for Landrover Technical Bulletin 0112 and ignore the bloke with the tit fetish. He's just a closet hairdresser. In fact he probably spends a lot of his time in his closet.

And don't worry about his mates they will all be out to play soon.

I am fine, Storm - just a lot of us, as yu know, put a lot of effort into this site, and it just ****es me orf when peeps cant be arsed to look and then get pointed to other sites :mad:.

Find out how the site works before complaining and for god's sake do a search before asking questions. It's one of the things that really gets up peoples' noses around here. Play nicely and this site is more informative (and fun) than most.
