Not that difficult at all. The hardest part IIRC was getting one into position. I think it's easiest to have all 3 loose to do this, but I know Haynes Book Of Lies goes on about diff alignment, but when people replace the diff entirely, do they bother? I never have...

You can buy them made from orange polybush. Should be ok in this application I'd have thought and shouldn't need doing again then.

ok think I will buy some more and change them at least then I can deffo say if it is or isn't lol
 
I need to do a long journey on sunday and a friend said just take propshaft of till I get it sorted will it still run and do I need to take all propshaft of or just front bit or back bit...

If you can easily take of one bit, that should be fine.
But you might find it easier to take the whole thing off in one go.
