Hi all, I know this has been discussed alot but im struggling for answers still.....
Will try to keep this brief but informative.
Freelander 2 2008 Diesel
Clutch pedal stuck to the floor without any return.
We've replaced;
Master cylinder
Slave cylinder
All hydrolic hosing
Clutch release bearing
Clutch
We now have some pressure in the system however the pedal is only returning halfway to two thirds, it's not enough to engage the clutch and put it into gear.
It's been bled multiple times with no sign of air from the bleed nipple.
We've also used a bleed kit in order to manually pressurise the system incase something was air locked. Again even while under pressure we're not getting a full return......
We've yet to try a reverse bleed, that will be this week's job. Failing that to be honest im completely stumped.
And praying I don't have to remove the bell housing again as it's a complete ball ache without a ramp.
Thanks in advance for any advice all!
