The brake pedal on my 2013 FL2 auto will not depress which results in the engine not starting

Ok well either the pedal is stuck or your really out of vacuum. Either way removing the brake light switch from above the pedal will do the trick to get it started as once the pin is fully extended out the switch I thinks the brakes are on.
Get it started diet then reinstall the switch before driving or you’ll have permanent brake lights on.

There should still be sufficient pedal movement to allow the brake position sensor to register a pedal press, even without any vacuum in the circuit. It's likely the position sensor has simply failed, preventing the start. I expect the pedal is going down (it must have some free play) just not very much.
I would also start by removing the pedal sensor first, and go from there.
