Anyone got any experience with this crowd? I sent my fob off for repair, didn't hear anything for a few days so emailed him. Couple of days later I received a reply saying fob was unrepairable and he would refund and return fob. Since then, and it's now a week, I've heard nothing. No refund, no key, doesn't reply to emails and doesn't answer the phone.

Nope. I do It myself or dump them.
New ones aren't that expensive and it is easy to test.
