Hi going to remove the flooring and gearbox tunnel in prearation of transmission out for a new cranchshaft seal, any tips, any pics of the locating screws, bolts.
How long do you reckon

It's easy I took all mine out to paint parts of my chassis. Took around 45mins. It's mainly a bunch of screws and bolts around the footwells and tunnel. Just have a look it's quite obvious.

You taking the seatbox out?

Removing the floor-plates & tunnel is a really easy job which will take very little time (30-mins?) as long as you are prepared. Depending on how long the floor has been down there is the possibility that some of the bolts / screws will be corroded into place so rather than messing around with them just grind the heads off and then fit new fixings on re-assembly.
Of course check whether they will unscrew first!

Ahh good stuff, no not going to remove the seat box, taking it to Landranger to get the oil leaks sorted out but was asked to strip her first. Will give me an opportu ity to inspect and protect whilst i am at it
