So got a bit of a mystery with drivers side window switches and mirror switches. None working , been through the fuses all good, tried a brand new switch, disconnected battery for 30 mins to reset the system and still nothing.Rubber hose protectingharness between door and body all looks good, so open to suggestions, any help very welcome, thanks

Hi did you get anywhere with this fault

I have same fault

My driver's door electric window switches don't work and neither do mirror controls

So far checked fuses
Tried another switch
Tried another window module

The other windows all work on there own switches

My interior lights work

Was shocked that plug into window and mirror controls only had 3 wires on plug considering all functions they operate

Just noticed a relay in boot getting hot so sent for one of them

But any help welcome

It's driving me nuts

Thanks

With electrical faults on the FL2, getting the codes read is the first thing to do. The whole vehicle is controlled by computers, so that's the place to start.
All door electrical functions are controlled by the door modules, so if there's a total failure of controlled items, the module is the likely cause. However a code read should confirm that.

The door switches don't need many wires, as they all work on a data bus.
This is the mirror controls

Thanks

What sort of diagnostics computer does someone need

Or is best take it to a landrover specialist

Probably cheaper than keeping swapping bits
