Hey all how you doing, I have just brought some new 4 inch speakers to replace the old ****ty standard ones but I went to fit them in tonight and the connectors are different, could anyone tell me which wire does which so I get the wiring the right way round, the to plugs I pulled off are black and can't quite remember the other one, I will need to cut and add new connectors on but want to make sure I crimp the new connectors the right way round, thanks

if your not sure which way round to put the speaker wires on the speakers i'd just try them by touching them onto the old speaker to find out... I think that's what your asking anyway :doh:

With standard disco loudspeakers you will have two spade connectors, Large poss+ small neg- you replacements, if any good, will be marked + - also the installation instructions that are supplied will also indicate the correct terminals.

The loudspeakers will function what ever way you connect them so thats not on an indication of them working correctly.
