in all seriousness you dont see many series landys about these days.Lots of discos1/2/3's/90's/rangies and gaylanders.The series is part of the evolution of the greatest marque that is sadly dwindling in numbers.So i'm doing my bit to keep the series alive

First time I got done for speeding was in a A reg 110 in 1987.
The copper said to me, " how fast were you going ", I replied, " as fast as I could " !!!.
I really like my Disco TD5, ( daily family bus ) and the 200 tdi disco is absolutely awesome on off road days with no more than 750x16 S.A.T. tyres fitted.
But I have to say that I,d love to have a TD5 Defender for myself and " off road " it up, but they hold their money soooo well, and £ 5000 to £ 7000 for a " toy " is out of the question.
