Took the hippo for the MOT this morning and it passed with flying colours and no advisories !!
When it was put on the emissions part of the test he said it was very clean and as good as what would be expected from a new car.
So now let's hope it's back to economical motoring again :):)
Thanks guys

Hi TW...Not a problem. Starts and runs fine. Had to take Er Indoors for a hospital appointment in Abergele today which is around a 150 mile round trip using a "B" road which entails up & down mountains and the A55 which is a dual carriageway running along the N. Wales coast. It pulled up the hills like a train, went up some of them in 4th & even 5th gear. Kept to around 75mph on the A55 but was a naughty boy and took it up to around 90 + in a couple of places for a short while and it took it in it's stride. Temp. gauge is smack in the middle and stays there. All in all, I think it has perked it up since the injectors came back but worst case scenario is that it's the same as before it went belly up which was still smooth and perky. I was pleased to hear that it went through the emissions smoke test etc. with flying colours.
I filled the tank to the brim on the way back and zeroed the odometer which will give me an indication of the MPG in around a week or so. I am running the Synergy on 5 Eco mode-have not experimented with other settings since installing it last year.
Thanks for your interest Bud. :)
