heat exchanger is one copper tube running inside another - Im not after heating it to 80deg at this point, its just there to get fuel through the filter, the fuel pump gets plenty hot enough to heat the fuel to the correct temp for the injectors. I also made a 2 heater plug pre-heater but to be honest I cant see the point in using it if im going for 2 tanks (I make steam engine boilers in my spare time so this sort of thing is easy!!!). Anyone bought one of robs tuning boxes yet - truely awesome !!!
