Hello all
I've just rebuilt and refitted the head on my D2 td5 160k miles

Had a light skim, all new valves, it was a burnt valve that caused the rebuild

Now on startup, the seal is coming out at the top of the oil filter,
It's done it 3 times on 3 filters, initially I thought I might have overtightened it, but definitely not the second two times.

No gasket stuck on the housing either

I'm sealing the filter ad normal, and have been feeling round the seal to ensure its not sticking out, yet on running, it pops out

I'm wondering if if I've done something that is causing excessive oil pressure and that is what's causing the blowout

Everything came apart and went together well

Any thoughts?
