Is this poll for any Land Rover engine? ie, Freelanders, Discos etc.
I did think of chipping my V6 Hippo. Decided against it though. I think a new chip must be one of the easiest mods though. Had the potential to take mine from 176bhp to around the 220bhp mark I recall.

Yes any gaylander but most votes would end up as diesels as they are trying to get near the v6 [a beast of a motor]and the 1.8s just blow up [joke] and its just a fun thing [the poll ] but will give some idear of thoughts. . .

Sorry to say but my new Visa card not accepted yet by paypal, they say I gave them an incorrect card# (stupid bastards, all you get is an automatic response, if one of the editing banks changes one bit on their card it's refused). Will have to wait a little (I hope) longer to order at Ron's.

Will. did you leave a space between (the groups of four ) numbers. i did the same and it didnt want to play! just type your card number as one long number. See if it helps

Hi mondo,

You are right spot on, I sent an email to paypal yesterday asking why their fuc.... machine didn't accept my brandnew card. Got a nice answer today in which they mentioned the same thing as no space inbetween the 4-digit groups, re-entered as an uninterrupted 16-digit group and presto.
In the meantime I already got an email from Ron, the payment to him was already done, he's going to mail the part on monday. Curious.

Mine turned up today( while i was out, so the postmans bringing it back tomorrow) Ron told me that he would mail mine on Thursday (today) so it could turn up on monday but then again ime not in Belgium

You guys who are fitting one of Rons boxes this weeked - I would really like to see the look on your faces when you first drive it after it is fitted.

I went completely against the advise in the instructions and turned the wick right up to #7 for my first run
