hi. the other day wen winding my pasanger window dawn ther wos a bang. on closer inspection the scisser meconisam had mangled itself in to a ball. with mouch wiggaling i managed to remove the lot from the bottom of the glass and out of the door, alawing me to prop the window up with a well shaped peac of wood and drive away draft free. i have envestagated the moter and it is all in good working order.
since i have had the car the rear windows have not worked. i wos wundering if i could yous the mecanisam from the back window in the front, or are thay differant?

gutted ish. should meen the old 200 in a local scrapey can help. naw i know whot im doing tomorow.

the regulator is about 30 quid from paddock or craddocks or most land rover dealers, the rear windows is a loose solder in the window control box behind the glove box, will try an find the post i used to fix it, it was dead easy but a little fiddly

what model of Disco you got then MHM wiv manual windows?
I've never seen them with anything than leccy ones

it worked for mine an was easy to follow(just took me ages to find though)
